Romance & Light Series Finale: Vintage Headboard in Chalk Paint

The very last piece in our Romance & Light client project series is ready to reveal!  This project consisted of a beautiful, vintage bedroom set refinished to a crisp, distressed white with restored brass hardware.  You can read more about the other pieces, a tall dresser and pretty nightstand, here and here.

Today's final piece is the headboard.  Let's look at those befores:

Very simple process here, two coats of a custom blended, white chalk paint followed by some distressing and a clear furniture wax to seal.

The results bring romance and elegance to the final piece in this very pretty series:
